Here's everything we know so far.
Saturday July 7th & Sunday July 8th
3pm - 9pm
Mockingbird Cinema & Kitchen
The Custard Factory
Please let us know how many people are going to be on stage. We can probably manage up to four, but more than that might be difficult.
Everyone performing will get free entry for both days.
Because space is limited and we're paying for the venue hire, we're going to ask that your guests buy a ticket to come and see you. We expect that most of the audience will be made up of your fans, friends and family, so you'll be supporting the event by encouraging people to buy tickets. This isn't a money-making exercise for us, and any profits we generate will go directly to next year's event.
We're programming the day in two parts. Each part is made up of 2 or 3 shows, in hour-long segments. We're giving each show 45 minutes, which gives us 15 minutes for comfort breaks and to deal with slippage. We'll let you know how much longer you've got, but do please keep en eye on the time so we don't overrun too much.
Things we need from you
We've put some text up on this site about your show, but please let us know if you'd like to add or amend anything.
If you have theme music you'd like to be played as you come up to the stage, please email that to Mark in advance of the event.
The day of your performance
Please arrive for 3pm, and enjoy the show. Please head to the bar 10 minutes before your slot starts, and one of us will make sure you're all set. Once the previous show has finished, we'll help you get setup on-stage, then when you're ready, your show will begin.
After the event
We'll be recording everything, so as soon as we can, we'll send you an audio file of your show, so you can add that to your podcast feed if you like. We'll also hope to push everything out on our own podcast feed.
